 QCS
has built systems that were heavily oriented toward
production parts handling. The 509 Base Plug Eddy Current
testers that QCS built for Scranton Army Ammunition Plant
and Louisiana Army Ammunition Plant were designed to run
continuously three shifts a day. They were run for two
shifts a day for more than two years without needing
repair. The use of COTS parts greatly assists production
maintenance personnel when it comes time to replace or
maintain the system. QCS will use the standard items that
you stock in your plant already. This way you do not need
to create excess inventory of new and unique parts saving
those dollars for more important uses. If you prefer we
will use the industry standard parts from companies such
as Allen Bradley, whose name is synonymous to exceptional
quality and long life parts. |
